ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened its doors in April 2025, and we’re currently building a strong foundation with a small but growing team. Coming from a State Farm family, this business has always been part of who I am — it’s something I grew up around and knew I wanted to pursue from the start.

Before opening my own office, I worked as a team member in Baltimore, gaining hands-on experience helping customers and learning what it takes to run a successful agency. I’m a proud West Virginia University (WVU) graduate, and outside the office, life is busy and full — my wife and I share our home with three energetic dogs who keep us on our toes.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brendan Garvey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
