Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Caldwell, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position located in an acute care setting. The role involves providing outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services with a primary focus on general patient rehabilitation, including wound care, ortho injuries, neurologic cases, and amputations. The position features a rotating shift schedule and requires collaboration with a supportive nursing and therapy team. Job Details Schedule: Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; no weekends and no call; minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Texas and national physical therapy license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 2 years of experience in inpatient or outpatient physical therapy, and current legal authorization to work. Preferred Qualifications: Wound care experience is preferred but not required. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: Unit has a supportive nursing and therapy staff, handling a variety of general PT cases such as fractures, ortho injuries, neuro cases, amputations, and neck pain. The department may require precepting and the candidate should adhere to hospital policies including call-out restrictions. Scrubs must be maroon; department-specific orientation is provided. The facility operates primarily in acute inpatient and outpatient settings with diverse diagnoses.
