Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to assist customers, provide information, and support high-quality service experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company offerings.
* Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
* Follow established procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
* Resolve routine issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
* Support customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
* Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals.
* Participate in training and ongoing development activities.
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Professional and positive demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
