The Outpatient Clinical Nurse role within the outpatient care setting focuses on coordinating and delivering comprehensive, evidence-based patient care across the continuum. This department is dedicated to ensuring seamless patient experiences through collaboration with inter-professional teams, proactive care planning, and strong patient and family advocacy. The ideal candidate for the Outpatient Clinical Nurse role is a licensed registered nurse with at least one year of nursing experience, and a strong foundation in clinical practice. Candidates should demonstrate excellence in communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy, along with the ability to adapt to evolving clinical environments and support innovation and improvement initiatives. - Participate in daily unit operations to support financial stewardship and effective resource utilization

- Collaborate with Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Leader, and Nurse Manager on care planning

EDUCATION
- Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
