Automotive Tile Clerk / Office Assistant
We're looking for full time detail-driven, organized, and reliable Automotive Tile Clerk / Office Assistant to join our dealership team. This role is essential to keeping our sales department running smoothly. You'll handle vehicle title, deal paperwork, and general clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV paperwork accurately and on time.
- Verify all documentation for completeness, compliance and accuracy.
- Verify all money is in house before registration is completed.
- Prepare and submit payoff checks, trade-in documentation, and related forms.
- Break down and process deal paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process dealer swaps and new car inventory.
- Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation as needed.
- Support team members.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership or title clerk experience a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and follow established process.
- Dependable, organized and able to multi task.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
