Senior HR Partner: Strategy, Change & Leadership

Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple client groups. You will provide executive-level HR consultation, partner with COEs, and drive workforce planning, succession, and performance management. The role requires in-depth knowledge of employment law, strong change management capabilities, and the ability to engage a global workforce.
