Facilities Operations Manager - Critical Systems

University of New Mexico

The University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks a Manager of Facility Operations to lead daily operations and provide technical oversight for critical facility systems, including HVAC, central chilled water, BAS, plumbing, and electrical distribution.

You will develop maintenance strategies, monitor performance, and coordinate with Facilities Management and clinical departments to ensure reliable patient care and research operations.
