Delivery Driver
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Delivery Driver to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a company truck with a trailer to assigned pickup locations
- Load and remove junk, furniture, debris, and more (often heavy lifting involved)
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to every customer
- Upsell additional services where appropriate
- Transport items to proper disposal or recycling facilities
- Keep the truck and equipment clean and in good working condition
- Work independently and as part of a crew
- Follow safety and company procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Able to confidently pull and back up a trailer
- Very high energy and positive attitude
- Strong physical ability – frequent lifting of heavy items (75+ lbs)
- Customer service & sales skills – personable, respectful, confident
- Hardworking and independent – takes initiative and ownership
- Available for full-time hours with flexibility in schedule
- Reliable transportation to and from the company location
