Primary Care Physician – Richmond, VA
COMPENSATION: $285,000 + Signing Bonus up to $50k

We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Role:

\n
• Compensation: Base $265k + Bonus'
\n
• Partnership: No Buy-in. usually within 12-18 months. 65% have made partner after 1 year.
\n
• Annual Bonus: Up to 10% of Base Salary
\n
• 18-22 patients a day
\n
• Consistent Monday – Friday work schedule
\n
• Work/Life Balance
\n
• Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
\n
• Administrative time included in schedule
\n
• No nights or weekends
\n
• 100% outpatient
\n
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
\n
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
\n
• Value Based Care

Requirements:

• Residency Trained IM/FM
\n
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
