Software Engineer C# React

Salary: $69,000 - 109,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 to 4 years of application development experience in a Microsoft environment
• Hands-on experience with C#
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Experience with JavaScript and React
• Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Familiarity with relational databases
• Working knowledge of Git and standard version control practices
• Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira or Azure DevOps
• Ability to self-start and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and reliable
• Strong interest in learning new technologies and solving new problems

• Contribute actively to the design and implementation of our software solutions
• Help translate client needs into technical design and actionable tasks
• Work closely with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives
• Assist in estimating assigned work
• Write clean, reliable, and scalable code independently
• Resolve moderate to complex issues during development and support, and document and communicate outcomes appropriately
• Take part in whiteboarding sessions and impact analysis
• Explore tools and methods that improve the overall development process
• Learn client information quickly and apply knowledge of data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems
• Build long-term relationships and professional networks internally and externally
