- **2+ years experience required** - **Certifications required:** ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC - **Certifications preferred:** NRP - **Skills and qualifications:** - Knowledge of nursing process & clinical nursing practices - Perform thorough assessments & communicate findings effectively - Proficient in administering medications & monitoring side effects - Strong organizational skills & attention to detail in documenting patient care - Knowledge of safety standards, infection control & quality improvement initiatives - **Leadership experience:** Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care - **Clinical experience:** Emergency Department, Level 3 Trauma - **Licensure:** Must comply with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures
