Retail Supervisor The Retail Supervisor is a key member of the store leadership team, supporting exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, andmaintainingefficient store operations. This role oversees daily functions including merchandising, inventory, training, and marketing execution, while leading the team during assigned shifts.When the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable, the Supervisor assumes leadership responsibility-ensuring smooth operations, motivating the team, and upholding a positive, inclusive environment.
