Human Resources Intern

Tag Systems USA in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a motivated candidate to join our HR team as a part‑time Human Resources Intern. This role offers genuine exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and the daily operations of a professional HR department, supported by a team invested in your growth. Responsibilities In this role, you will organize, scan, and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date. You will track employee attendance, call‑outs, and timekeeping data. You will assist with resume screening, support the candidate selection process, and help maintain recruitment and hiring tracking systems. You will also help prepare documentation for new hire onboarding, support employee recognition programs, and provide general administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications We are seeking a senior or recent graduate currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
