Work Environment\nThis position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while offering services to clients. Although you will work from home, you will also have access to our modern outpatient offices in Naperville, Illinois, when in-person consultations are necessary. Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with couples and families, providing both joint and individual therapeutic sessions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting in-depth assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and families. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions that address a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and communication difficulties. \n
- Providing support for conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, and the adjustment to separation and divorce. \n
- Utilizing therapeutic techniques grounded in evidence-based practices to achieve positive patient outcomes. \n
- Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations. \n
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients with co-occurring medical and psychological issues. \n
You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. This includes addressing complex issues such as physical and psychological abuse, job stress, and mother-daughter conflicts. Your role is pivotal in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their concerns and foster personal growth.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, you must hold the following qualifications:

- A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois. \n
- A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Proficiency in individual and family therapy techniques, with a strong understanding of systemic family dynamics. \n
While not mandatory, candidates who possess the following experience will be preferred:
