Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including:
  • Engine, transmission, and driveline
  • Steering and suspension
  • Electrical systems
  • Brakes and HVAC
• Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repair needs and timelines
• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• ASE certification strongly preferred
• Ford certification strongly preferred
• Prior Ford dealership experience is a plus
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair capability (B-Level skills)
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
