PT (Physical Therapist)

Physical TherapistUnit Notes Oregon License is required for this assignment but do not need to have in hand at time of submittal (per manager, John Airoldi). Number of patients treated per day: 12. General certification requirements: BLS. Other certs required for all PT: BLS. Common diagnosis/types of patients: Mostly ortho, but small town so a lot of variety. Acute inpatient, primarily outpatient. If some acute experience that would be helpful. Experience or'must have' skills & common job duties: Outpatient experience, PT manager/supervisor, no rehab aides. Shifts & scheduling: 4 10 hour days, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 am start. Weekend requirement: no. Holiday requirement: no. Scrub color/dress code: business casual, no denim. Department specific orientation: Day 1.
