Brookside is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at The Emery Apartments. If you’re passionate about property management, resident satisfaction, and team leadership, this is your chance to grow with a company that values your impact.

- Lead daily community operations and leasing efforts
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction
- Mentor leasing and maintenance teams
- Ensure property compliance and reporting accuracy
- Manage budgets, collections, and service requests
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of leasing, marketing, and collections
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Entrata experience a plus)
