HR Additions has a client seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager to lead Human Resources operations and office administration for our Fort Worth facility . This strategic leadership role partners closely with leadership to oversee employee relations, recruiting, compliance, training, performance management, employee engagement, and office operations. The position requires approximately 10-15% travel to support other locations and business initiatives.

• Serve as a strategic HR partner and member of the leadership team.
• Lead HR programs including employee relations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Advise managers and employees on workplace issues, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Manage employee development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and community outreach initiatives.
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
• Utilize HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, for reporting and workforce management.
• Oversee office operations, vendor management, facility services, and records retention.
• Support organizational initiatives that promote a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• 5+ years of HR management experience
• 5+ Years employee relations, training, performance management, and employment law and legal compliance
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now; First Advantage Screening Services and NetSuite
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Ability to travel 10-15% as needed
