Emergency Department Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent ED experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and must hold a current Ohio nursing license or a compact state license. Candidates must be prepared to work at least every other holiday.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients of varying ages and medical conditions.
• Utilize Epic as the primary electronic medical record system.
• Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration safely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, protocols, and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Emergency Department experience.
• Current American Red Cross or AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Valid Ohio or compact state nursing license in hand.
• Epic experience is mandatory.
• References from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required.
