HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Houston, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

· Number of Beds – Cardiac Cath Lab (2 procedure Rooms)

· Number of Staff – 9

· Type of staff: RNs and Cath Lab Techs

o Day Shift – (1 supervisor, 4 RN, 2 Cath lab Techs)

o Night Shift – On call staff only (2RNs and 1 Cath Lab Tech or 1 RN and 2 Cath Lab Techs)

· Patient Ratios – Team consists of 3 team members for 1 patient procedure.

· Type of equipment – Phillips and Siemens Floro equipment

· EMR – MERGE Hemo - Cath Lab documentation system and Meditech

Electrophysiology experience preferred 

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): 

· Left and right heart caths

· Pacemaker/ICD, watchman

· IR procedures

· vascular

· EP Ablations

Local contract available $55.25/hr
