The outpatient clinic is approximately 50 miles east of Flagstaff, Arizona. The team consists of 1 FNP, 3 FPs, 2 OBGYNs, 1 General Surgeon certified in wound care and visiting specialists in Podiatry, Urology, and Cardiology.
