Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Tucson (N/W Hospital-La Cholla), AZ About Recovia Recovia is a multidisciplinary team providing whole‑person care for behavioral health, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. We combine medical, behavioral health, and physical therapy services to support sustainable recovery and better quality of life. Position Overview We’re looking for a full‑time Nurse Practitioner (FNP/ANP) or Physician Assistant to join our medical team. Monday–Friday, in‑office No weekends, no call, no overnights New grads welcome - mentorship provided What You’ll Do Conduct medical evaluations and follow‑up visits Create and manage individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage medications for addiction treatment and minor behavioral health needs Collaborate closely with behavioral health providers, physical therapists, and the rest of the clinical team Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination Make meaningful change in your patients’ lives Qualifications Active Arizona NP or PA license DEA license Ability to work on‑site in Estrella, Monday–Friday Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable in a collaborative, team‑based setting Preferred Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, psychiatry, pain management, or primary care Familiarity with MAT/MOUD, including buprenorphine Bilingual (Spanish) a plus What We Offer Competitive salary Productivity bonus (up to $12,000/year!!)
