Production & Fulfillment Associate

We are searching for a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with strong office and customer service skills who is comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment as needed. Job Duties and Responsibilities to learn and earn certification (included but not limited to): Correctly enter feed orders into our Feed Mill Manager manufacturing program Print orders, tags, BOL’s and related documents Scan documentation to Accounting and maintain accurate records Assist walk-in customers, phone customers and pickups Address customer concerns professionally and work toward appropriate solutions Setup and coordinate shipping and delivery information Prepare shipping labels and required documentation for LTL’s Communicate fulfillment timing issues and changes with internal personnel and to customers Assist with various Warehouse and Production tasks including 10# line, bagging, labeling and other tasks as needed Willingness to learn and be able to operate a forklift Requirements Skills and Requirements (included but not limited to): Strong computer and data entry skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to think and plan ahead Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology Excellent verbal and written communications skills Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60-pounds Ability to work in dusty, cold, hot, humid, noisy environment Withstand exposure to seasonal weather conditions Ability to work in a fast-paced production and fulfillment environment This positon requires the ability to walk, kneel, bend, climb, etc. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required Relevant experience preferred, but not required Customer service and fulfillment experience preferred, but not required Shipping and Freight setup experience preferred, but not required Safety & Training Requirements: Employees in this role are required to complete and maintain the following safety trainings, as applicable: General New Hire Safety Training Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Requirements Forklift Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Belstra Milling Co.
