Under the direction of the supervisor and/or lead person, the warehouseman receives raw material, sample material received, releases applicable materials, assigns and locates materials, labels materials. Interface with Purchasing, QC groups for proper flow of material and paperwork. Operate various types of fork trucks. Use LCS system for proper search of material lot numbers, assist the Label Room on as needed basis. Perform routine physical inventory on materials. Deliver and receive materials to and from the Plant. Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving and packing outbound warehouse merchandise.
Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.
Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks.
Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
Provides leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. experience operating a forklift
Qualifications-Experience/Training/Education/Etc
