Medical Front Desk Receptionist/MA

Rêve Dermatology & Aesthetics

Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist with medical assistant skills to join our growing dermatology practice! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you. Dermatology experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients and visitors
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Handle incoming phone calls professionally
Facilitate patient check-in and verify information
Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
Provide excellent customer service at all times

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical field customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling
Skilled in data entry and problem solving
Effective time management abilities
