Responsibilities

Job Overview We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth by developing new business and expanding customer relationships across an assigned territory. In this individual contributor role, you will build key relationships and deliver consultative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute territory plans to hit sales targets using our integrated solutions portfolio.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, from end-users to executives.
• Coordinate internal resources to assess client needs and lead winning proposals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales pipeline forecasts.
• Represent the company at local trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful business development experience in IT or communications.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling to Public Safety, Healthcare, Education, or Commercial markets.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel up to 50%.
