Clinical Specialist

About the Role The Urological Cancer Clinical Specialist position requires a candidate with strong clinical aptitude who can work in a team environment to support Territory Managers by covering SpaceOAR procedures in the Operating Room and Physician Clinics. The role also involves building relationships and gaining the trust of key physicians and operating room staff. Responsibilities Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training. Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products. Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations using a variety of formats and platforms. Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or collaborating with related personnel to develop optimal solutions. Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation. Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of work and maintaining compliance with all quality requirements. Required Qualifications Ability to travel regionally as needed. Ability to work in a clinical setting. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or nursing degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred. Patient care experience preferred (medical technician, medical assistant, nurse, nurse assistant, physical or occupational therapist, assisted‑living care provider). Positive, "can do" attitude. Strong communication skills. Willingness to go the extra mile to complete projects on schedule. Ability to accept change and be flexible toward shifting priorities to align with strategic corporate goals. Capability to handle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines and plan ahead for company needs. Compensation The anticipated annualized base salary ranges from 85,000 to 105,000 , plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and other benefits available at BSC.
