About the Role:
7-Eleven in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for a motivated and dependable Stocker and Cleaner to join our team! This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the world's most recognized convenience store brands while keeping our store looking its best. Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise to ensure product availability at all times
• Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain fresh, up-to-date inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of the store interior, including floors, restrooms, and food service areas
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean conditions in and around the store exterior
• Organize and tidy backroom storage areas for efficient restocking
• Assist customers with locating products and provide friendly, helpful service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company standards

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to work well independently or as part of a team
• Previous retail stocking or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age (for certain shift requirements)
