Growing, global manufacturer is seeking a Controller with strong accounting experience to support a key domestic operating company. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and global teams. Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote); local candidates only. What you’ll do as the Controller: Lead accounting, reporting, cash management, and overall financial operations Own month-end close, audits, and regulatory reporting Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Act as finance lead for ERP and process improvements Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across the business Partner directly with operational leadership on strategy and decision-making Lead a team of 3 Collaborate with global HQ and international teams What we’re looking for: 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams Background with a blend of accounting and finance is a plus Why this role: High visibility with leadership Global exposure Opportunity to drive real operational impact Progression opportunity to leading multiple locations #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Jobs
