Implementation Manager

Our mission is to empower independent supply stores with best-in-class technology. From paint to lumber to flooring, over 200,000 such stores across the country sell over $1T of building materials annually using outdated, on‑premises systems. We’re aiming to help them modernize so that they can continue to thrive. Responsibilities Project manage the full implementation process from kickoff to go‑live and post‑support. Build strong client relationships and deliver personalized, hands‑on onboarding support. Partner with sales development and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs. Provide excellent communication and consultative support throughout the process. Qualifications Experience in project management with strong attention to detail. Proactive problem‑solver who can troubleshoot and resolve client challenges. Ability to become an industry expert through client work and independent learning. Valid U.S. driver’s license and comfort with travel (1–2x a month, 1–3 days). Will be based in our River North office in Chicago, working there 4 days a week. Bonus Familiarity with or experience in paint, hardware, building materials, or construction supply. Comfortable adapting to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Prior experience in education. Experience driving change with customers adopting new workflows or systems.
