Supply Chain Analyst

Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices. Responsibilities Collaborate with business users to gather requirements Research and analysis of business processes/data to support creation of enterprise data assets using modern BI tools Fostering data literacy with non‑analytical users while helping to promote/enable self‑service analytics Support reporting system/tool development and maintenance Assist or independently provide requirements and analysis for creation of enterprise data assets Create reports and contribute to various data governance and management initiatives Partner with Data Engineers, Stakeholders and Product Owners to understand requirements and business processes Support the development and maintenance of enterprise data sets, reporting systems, and/or reporting tools to provide business value Support ad hoc research and analysis activities Contribute to Data Catalog and Analytics Community of Practice Qualifications 1-3 years of business analysis, supply chain, or data analysis experience Experience with reporting and dashboarding in Power BI Ability to work onsite 3 days per week Experience with data schema development Core business analysis capabilities (requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, reporting, etc.) with an interest in data (could also be a data analyst with strong business acumen) Excitement about working in a Product/Agile environment Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, MIS, etc.) Beginner level SQL, ELT knowledge, and Introductions to Data Modeling Experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving Beginner level project management/Agile skills The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
