Virtual Assistant

Adams & Bischoff defends people facing all types of criminal charges in state and federal court. Crimes differ significantly in severity, meaning the relevant penalties also vary a great deal. In many cases, the state statutes which define a particular offense list the maximum penalties for that offense, which may include a term of imprisonment, a fine, or both.

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support to our team. In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle email correspondence, maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for assigned managers or executives.

Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas and notes.

Monitor and respond to emails and other business communications.

Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records.

Organize digital files and maintain document management systems.

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries when required.

Assist with project coordination and administrative support.

Conduct online research and compile information for reports and presentations.

Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documentation.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
