This individual ensures that every event runs seamlessly, achieves high levels of brand visibility, and delivers maximum impact for our clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, decisive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the logistical planning and execution of all promotional events, including venue selection, scheduling, and setup/takedown. Coordinate with Brand Ambassadors and Sales Representatives to ensure event staffing and goals are met. Manage all event inventory, promotional materials, and technical equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue managers on event days. Analyze event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, sales conversions) and prepare post-event reports for management. Train and mentor event staff, fostering a positive, high-energy, and results-driven team atmosphere. Ensure all promotional activities adhere to company and client compliance standards. Qualifications Proven experience in event coordination, project management, or a related field. Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations and problem-solve in real-time. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
