Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA license or eligibility to practice in Texas.
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of speech and language development strategies for school-aged children.
• Comfortable working one-on-one and in small group settings under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy activities and carry out treatment plans as directed by supervising SLP.
• Document student progress and assist in maintaining accurate records.
• Support students in classrooms and specialized settings to help them achieve individualized goals.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for students with various communication needs.
