As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Mid-West Regional Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client. You will utilize your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure the successful delivery of Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $5M to $50M+. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out.Develop high level estimates and schedules as part of the overall strategy and business case.Develop comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure key milestones are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. PROJECT EXECUTIONAct as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of the project; programming through construction close out.Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.Develop Master Project schedules and manage project performance against schedules, scheduled milestones and critical path items on multiple projects.Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions.Guide the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and signoff.Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, key stakeholders and external users to ensure responsibilities are efficiently, accurately and effectively communicated and understood by all concerned.Prepare RFP’s needed for design and contractor services as well as manage the overall vendor selection process.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in a related field: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc. (PREFERRED)7-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors (REQUIRED)Experience in managing multiple diverse types of projects, varying from $5M to $50M+ in size (REQUIRED)Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage 5-8 complex projects simultaneously. Ground up experience a plus but not requiredStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completionExperience working in a global organization with multicultural teamsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
