Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist to join our team of imaging specialists committed to unparalleled patient care. In this role, you will utilize cutting-edge ultrasound technology to perform diagnostic exams, collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, and deliver peace of mind to patients through accurate imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a broad spectrum of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure, thoroughly explaining the process with empathy and clarity
• Work in close coordination with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality imaging results
• Effectively operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any issues without delay
• Meticulously document procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records within the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
