Minimum Qualifications Active PMHNP license in California Graduate of an accredited NP program 1+ year of psychiatric experience Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with adult or geriatric psychiatry Familiarity with telepsychiatry platforms and EHR systems Private practice, outpatient, or collaborative team background Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog) Working at Bay Neuropsychiatry At Bay Neuropsychiatry, we believe thoughtful mental health care begins with a supportive, collaborative team.
