About This Opportunity

Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is looking for caring, reliable people to join our in-home senior care team serving Garner and the surrounding Southeast Wake County area. We are actively hiring Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs who want meaningful, flexible work — without the institutional setting of a nursing home or group facility.

In this role, you'll provide one-on-one care directly in a client's home. No rushed patient ratios. No facility burnout. Just genuine, personalized support for seniors who want to remain independent at home. We work to match you with clients near where you live.

Scheduling & Hours

We have Part-Time & Full-Time positions available! Caregivers who demonstrate strong availability and reliability often develop consistent, recurring schedules.

We are actively filling shifts during:

• Weekday daytime hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Flexible coverage as client needs change

Evening and weekend availability is a significant advantage and frequently leads to more hours. Caregivers with broader, more flexible availability are typically offered new client assignments first.

What You'll Do

Day-to-day duties vary by client but may include:

• Personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional engagement
• Mobility support and fall prevention
• Errands and local transportation
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or condition

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• A TB screening that's been completed in the past 12 months
• Dependable, professional, and genuinely caring

Preferred: Experience working as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Hands-on experience in senior care, dementia care, or in-home caregiving is strongly preferred.
