Business Office Manager - St. Cloud

Our St. Cloud Carefree Living community is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our growing Assisted Living community. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys balancing operations, human resources, scheduling, payroll, billing, and customer service while making a meaningful impact on the daily success of our community.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, full-time

Additional hours as needed to support community operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain resident billing, statements, authorizations, and business office functions

Complete and maintain census reports while ensuring accuracy of resident information

Coordinate resident billing processes, collections, and payer authorizations

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire compliance

Coordinate interviewing and hiring activities for direct care staff

Create and maintain weekly staff schedules

Review, edit, and verify employee timecards for payroll processing

Provide leadership and support to office staff while promoting teamwork and accountability

Maintain resident confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance

Build positive relationships with residents, families, county case managers, referral sources, and community partners

Support quality improvement initiatives and operational goals

Participate in leadership meetings and assist with special projects and community events

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, employees, and visitors

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of two years of business office or administrative experience; healthcare experience preferred

• Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or related education preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience with scheduling, payroll, billing, or office management preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments

• Professional, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding service
