Outside Sales Representative
SIGNING BONUS: $2000!! $750 paid after 30 days, $750 paid after 60 days, $500 paid after 90 days

Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative, where you'll have the opportunity to build your own territory, grow your earning potential, develop lasting customer relationships, and make a real impact helping homeowners solve their lawn care and pest control needs.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess needs and sell lawn care and pest control services.
- Prospect for new customers and follow up on leads.
- Provide accurate property measurements, estimates, and bids.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive customer retention.
- Maintain customer and sales information in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 13 years of outside sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards.
