Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)
Location: Hartsville, TN
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Nights - 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, rotating weekend hours required.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will play a crucial role in delivering quality care to our patients in the Emergency Department/Med Surg unit.
Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and response to therapy.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and equipment.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current Tennessee Board of Respiratory Care License.
- ABG endorsement is required.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory.
- Previous experience in a critical care setting is preferred.
