Read on to lear What You'll Need + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). + 1 year of related experience and/or training. + Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). + Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools. + Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations such as; routine maintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safety compliance. + Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation. PreferredQualifications + Associate's or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the mechanical or electrical field. + 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. + Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + 2+ years' experience with automated conveyor systems and controls. + 2+ years' experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. + 2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading + 2+ year of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles + 2+ year experience of following and demonstrating safety standards + 1+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems CBRE Employee Benefits + Comprehensive medical, dental, vision + Disability benefit program + 401k company matching + Paid time off and holidays + Company paid life insurance + Pet insurance + Paid parental leave Why CBRE? The minimum salary for the position is $55,057 annually [or $26.47 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $72,592 annually [or $34.90 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
