We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our St. George office. This role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am-6pm with a 1.5-hour lunch. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player who serves as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional greeting.

Responsibilities

Phone and Communication Management: Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring messages are delivered promptly and accurately.

Mail and Correspondence Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail as needed.

Visitor Reception: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome to clients, vendors, and guests.

Custodian of Deposits: Oversee and manage custodian deposits, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.

Client Recognition Initiatives: Organize and manage programs to recognize and celebrate client milestones, fostering strong relationships.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, including office gatherings and client appreciation events.

Office Errands: Perform various errands to support office operations, including supply runs and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

Positive Attitude: Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.

Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
