SUMMARY
This position provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for the EBM Branch.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Oversee branch operations on behalf of the EBM Manager
• Manage all aspects of the branch from personnel to administrative duties
• Review all title work
• Adjust 2015 itemization figures for closing
• Reviews the CD once closing department completes preparation.
• Manage disclosures and any set up process needed within the branch
• Provide assistance to Loan Originators as needed
• Initial contact for the Branch for vendors
• Provide training for LOAs in the branch
• Work with all department heads within the company whether it be sales or operations
• Enforce company policies for the branch staff
• Communicate updates and changes when applicable

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of five or more years in mortgage banking in

Operations.
• Five or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages Retail Branch Sales staff

• Highly detailed and organized. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Record of accomplishment of meeting deadlines, delivering high quality results, and demonstrating accountability and ownership of work and actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
