Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication. Ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, engaging in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations. Work in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practice at all times. Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles. Supervision Experience: Not required. Skills & Attributes Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to complex procedures and technologies.
