Associate AI Product Manager

We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Technology & Innovation to help drive technology strategy, AI adoption, and digital transformation across a growing real estate organization. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about emerging technology, enjoys solving business problems, and thrives at the intersection of IT, operations, and innovation. This role is not focused on day-to-day help desk support. Instead, you'll partner with executive leadership and department heads to identify opportunities for automation, improve workflows, evaluate new technologies, and champion the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly collaborative, and excited to build practical technology solutions that create measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Technology & Innovation Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation. Evaluate emerging technologies, AI platforms, and software solutions to improve operational efficiency. Lead the adoption of AI tools across departments through education, training, and change management. Research, test, and recommend innovative technology solutions that align with business goals. Develop business cases and ROI analyses for new technology investments. AI Strategy & Process Improvement Identify repetitive workflows that can be automated using AI and modern technology. Build internal AI solutions, prompts, and workflows utilizing tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms. Promote responsible AI governance, best practices, and data security. Work with business leaders to redesign workflows and increase productivity through automation. Stay current on emerging AI trends and recommend practical applications. Business Systems & Data Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve system integrations and data accessibility. Support the ongoing optimization and integration of existing ERP and business systems. Work with structured data, databases, and reporting tools to improve visibility across multiple business units. Help establish long-term technology standards and architecture that support future growth. Serve as the primary liaison with outsourced IT service providers and technology vendors. Coordinate technology initiatives from concept through implementation. Manage vendor performance, project timelines, and technology budgets. Ensure technology projects are completed successfully and aligned with organizational priorities. Preferred Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise software integrations. Experience working alongside outsourced IT providers or managed service partners. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and technology governance. Experience within commercial real estate, property management, construction, or a multi-entity organization is a plus.
