Virtual Sales Specialist - Raleigh, N.C.

What You’ll Be Doing Generate revenue in your assigned territory using digital selling techniques. Prospect, qualify leads, and identify opportunities with digital tools and CRM functionality. Understand key customer business issues and demonstrate how Baxter CCS products and services solve them. Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives and assigned activities. Become a subject‑matter authority and act as an influencer and trusted advisor for your clients. Partner with account executives, area vice presidents, clinical consultants, sales engineers, solution architects, services personnel, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to provide end‑to‑end solutions. Develop plans, prepare analysis/solutions, and conduct negotiations to close sales. Complete all administrative duties, including extensive work and updates in Salesforce.com. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of inside sales experience (preferred). Track record of meeting customer needs and corporate sales objectives; B2B background preferred. Highly motivated, energetic and resourceful with excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities and contribute to a positive team culture. Deep understanding of the product portfolio in the business unit. Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary estimate: $60,000 – $82,500. Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) based on performance.
