Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Prospecting: Connect with prospective clients through calls, networking, and the PLACE consumer app using established systems and techniques.
• Client Guidance: Understand each client's objectives and provide knowledgeable support throughout the buying, selling, or investing process.
• Market Expertise: Share relevant market insights using exclusive data and advanced property valuation resources.
• Skilled Negotiation: Advocate for clients and negotiate favorable terms on their behalf.
• Relationship Building: Deliver outstanding service and maintain consistent communication to foster long-term client loyalty.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven Sales Performance: Background in real estate or another competitive sales environment, with a record of success.
• Excellent Communication: Able to establish trust, build rapport, and communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.
• Self-Directed and Collaborative: Capable of working independently while contributing positively to a team-focused culture.
• Resourceful Problem Solver: Comfortable addressing challenges and adapting in a fast-changing real estate market.
• Licensed or Ready to Become Licensed: Holds an active real estate license or is prepared to obtain one promptly.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
