First Assist Surgical Technologist

This position is for a First Assist Surgical Technologist with experience in a surgical environment. The role involves assisting the surgeon during various types of surgeries including orthopedic trauma, spine, neuro, gynecology, general, robotics, and vascular surgery. Advanced skills in performing a variety of surgical procedures are required. The unit is equipped with standard operating room equipment, including advanced surgical robots. A flexible scheduling requirement is essential, as on-call duties may be included. Staff will work in a collaborative environment with unit secretaries and tech support available. Candidates should be prepared to adhere to unit-specific policies and guidelines related to surgical practices. Scrubs will be provided as the required uniform. This position can provide opportunities for professional growth and exposure to advanced surgical technologies.
