Job Title Underwriter - Professional Lines Location Folsom, CA Your Role Evaluate and underwrite commercial insurance submissions, interact with customers, build relationships, collaborate with internal teams, conduct market research and support product development. Key Responsibilities Assess and underwrite submissions in line with guidelines and delegated authority. Respond to quotes, re‑quotes and endorsements with a customer‑first mindset. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Partner with Underwriting, Business Development, Claims, IT and other teams. Qualifications 3+ years underwriting experience in Commercial Property and Casualty, Personal or Management and Professional Liability lines. Insurance coursework (CPCU, RPLU, etc.) is a plus. Or 5+ years in insurance sales, claims, agent/broker, legal services or related roles. Willingness to travel as needed.
